A series of special workshops
These workshops on the Wisdom of the Subtle Body will increase your knowledge, inform your practice, deepen your experience. This five workshop series will incorporate theory, philosophy, physiology and practice as we explore the subtle body of yoga. It will include talks, discussion, asana, pranayama, pranic anatomy, history and mantra. They will help you understand the benefits and underpinning concepts of yoga taking your yoga to a whole different level.
